Overview:
William J. Reddy has been practicing criminal law in the Courts of the State of New York for over 15 years, since his graduation from the prestigious Boston College Law School. He has extensive trial experience and is often called upon by colleagues for advice on trial strategy and tactics. Mr. Reddy is a former Senior Assistant District Attorney at the Rockland County District Attorney’s Office in New York. While there, he tried numerous jury trials to successful verdict, and gained an uncommon knowledge of criminal law and the various and sundry techniques utilized by law enforcement. He worked extensively in narcotics, and was lead prosecutor on numerous wiretap investigations. As such, no defense attorney is better equipped to attack a prosecution built on such evidence. Mr. Reddy also trained younger prosecutors, engaged in appellate practice, and handled every type of criminal case that exists in New York.
