Overview:

Gerald Chiariello Sr. founded the New York based law firm, Chiariello & Chiariello, in the year 1956. He was later joined by his two sons, Dominic Chiariello and Gerald Chiariello II in 1990 and 1995, respectively. This family-run law firm is helping its clients in cases related to serious personal and medical injuries. They only charge a percentage of the compensation that their client wins after the verdict or settlement.

The dedicated attorneys of Chiariello & Chiariello pride themselves on quality legal representation and personal service. In fact, most of our clients have been referred by former clients or other lawyers. Your legal issue won’t be handed off to a paralegal or a low-level associate. We treat our clients like family.

As our client, you’ll get the personal service you deserve. Every client is treated as an individual, not just a file number. If you call the office with a question, you’ll usually be able to speak with one of the attorneys immediately. And, if we can’t take your call immediately, we’ll return your call within 24 hours. This is an example of the service which distinguishes Chiariello & Chiariello from other firms.
