History

Our law firm was established in 1981. During the years since then, the firm has concentrated on representing people rather than corporations. We represent individuals who have been injured from an accident, an act of negligence or a defective product. We have also represented people who were victims of medical malpractice. We are proud to have made a difference in the lives of the over 20,000 people or families whom we have had the privilege of representing. We like to think that our experience and legal talent helped achieve fair compensation to make up, in some way, for the loss they have suffered.

At the conclusion of your case, you will pay us a legal fee only if we are successful. This is called a contingency fee. The amount which a lawyer can charge under such circumstances is regulated by the Court. If for some reason there is no settlement or judgment then there will be no legal fee. It’s that simple. In fact, all consultations regarding personal injury cases are free. At this telephone consultation or personal meeting, we tell you whether we think you have a case and advise you about the next steps.

Staff

We take extra pride in both our professional and support staff. Our highly trained staff is committed to understanding the special needs of and the specific issues of their cases. They provide vital assistance in resolving each matter perform their work in behalf of our clients as part of a team. We consult with highly regarded and experienced and professional investigators, forensic photographers, and accident reconstruction experts, medical illustrators, and doctors, all of whom contribute to the successful resolution of cases.

Our Philosophy

We believe that we work for you. We prepare all cases to be ready to go to trial, indicating our commitment to pursuing fair compensation for injuries. Because of this preparation, few of our cases actually go to trial, as most insurance company defendants wish to avoid the expense and the publicity of a trial, especially one they might lose. But if they are unwilling to enter into a fair and acceptable settlement, we take the case to trial, letting a judge or jury decide the outcome. This approach has worked well since 1981. It would be our honor and privilege to represent you and your family. To speak with a North Jersey personal injury attorney, contact Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C., We welcome your call.
