Our principal lawyer, Joe Nitti, established the firm in 1986, and his father, attorney Luke Nitti, has practiced law since 1959. Today, the elder Mr. Nitti is currently retired but serves as “of counsel” to the firm. Attorney Theresa “Terri” Nitti has been with the firm for many years and is experienced in real estate and appellate law matters.
For many of our clients, the measure of a legal service is whether the attorney uses time efficiently and works to resolve their particular legal problem. Wasting money on an unsuccessful legal adventure is not in the cards.
