Michael LoGiudice is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School (1997) and has many verdicts and settlements totaling in the tens of millions of dollars. Michael handles all personal injury and medical malpractice claims. He also has a unique connection with municipality claims and construction accidents [New York Labor Law Sections 200, 240(1) and 241(6)]. Michael started his law practice by advertising “WE SUE NYC”. For years he built a reputation as a fierce adversary of all State, City and Local municipalities. For over 20 years he has dedicated his professional career to representing all victims of police misconduct, civil rights violations, bus, train, sidewalk and crosswalk accidents.

Michael also brings a very unique prospective to construction accidents and N.Y.S. Labor Law cases. At an early age he was involved in his family’s construction and building maintenance business. He also has owned, operated and/or managed construction, roofing, painting and janitorial companies. Michael is OSHA certified and has taught and conducted many Toolbox Safety Meetings. In his prior life, Michael was a member of two local unions.

Recently Michael became a member of the ABA (American Bar Association). His latest success involved a settlement for a roofer that fell over 20 feet to the ground in which he obtained a $6,500,000.00. His vast knowledge of construction safety and OSHA laws helped facilitate the settlement.

Michael LoGiudice, LLP is a limited practice. We are very selective of the clients and types of cases we take. What that means to clients is that every client gets his personal cell phone number and email address. Michael makes himself available to every client both day and night. He understands the financial, personal, physical and emotional difficulties that often occur with severe injuries. He is always there for his clients!

I often hear from clients that their prior attorney failed to communicate with them, return their calls or keep them updated. The good news is that if you are experiencing that now with your current attorney, call Michael. We will keep you updated every step of the way.
