At Einbinder & Dunn, our lawyers have been counseling businesses of all sizes as well as individuals for more than 20 years. Michael Einbinder and Terrence Dunn first became partners in 1990. In 2006, Julie Lusthaus was named as the firm’s third partner. The firm concentrates its practice in the areas of franchise law, business law, commercial litigation and real estate law with clients ranging from the largest in their industries to start-up entrepreneurs in many sectors of the economy. The firm also works with clients in drafting wills and business succession plans, establishing trusts and devising asset protection plans.
