Marc S. Berman is former criminal prosecutor. He was formerly associated with one of New Jersey’s largest and most respected civil law firms. He has extensive trial experience.
Mr. Berman concentrates in personal injury, breach of contract and fraud cases. Mr. Berman is a graduate of Columbia University in New York City, where he received his B.A. degree, Magna Cum Laude, and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He received his law degree from another Ivy League institution, the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Mr. Berman is a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, Bergen County Bar Association, Passaic County Bar Association, Essex County Bar Association, and the New Jersey Association for Justice. He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts anywhere in New Jersey, as well as before the United States Second and Third Circuit Courts of Appeal.
Mr. Berman opened his own practice over 20 years ago . He has deliberately kept his practice small. He likes to work directly with each client. He wants to be able to give each client personal service. No client of Mr. Berman is just a “number.” In our office, each client is treated like family.
