Overview:
Arthur Rose received his B.A. from Rutgers University and his J.D. from Harvard Law. He has been admitted to the New Jersey State Bar, the U.S. District Court of New Jersey, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He began his career as an Associate at Back, Nussman & Rose. He left to start his own practice with Rose & Gordon. Thereafter, he became a partner at Rose & Brod and after six years he co-founded Rose, Poley & Defuccio where he practiced for fourteen years. Afterwards, he co-founded Rose & Defuccio. In 2014, he founded the Law Offices of Arthur Rose, Esq.
He is a Fellow and past president of the NJ Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and Fellow of the International Academy. He has been named one of “The Best Lawyers in America,” “NJ’s Top Lawyers” and is AV Preeminent Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He is widely celebrated as a matrimonial law authority by his peers and the court.
He is a former president of the Harvard Law School Association of New Jersey; a member of the Family Law Committee of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Bergen County Bar Association. He sits on the mandatory early settlement panels in Bergen County, New Jersey.
