Attorney Daniel Emkey will aggressively defend you in court. Mr. Emkey uses the knowledge gained while serving in the Berks County District Attorney’s office to provide strong representation to our clients, whether they are facing a DUI/DWI charge, assault charge or any other criminal charge.
He will aggressively seek reduced charges and alternative penalties to keep you out of jail. If you are a first-time offender facing misdemeanor charges, you may qualify for the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) program. If you are addicted to drugs, we will help you seek programs and treatment as an alternative to prison.
