Our practice includes:

– Bankruptcy

Representing consumer and business clients in all bankruptcy matters including Chapters 7, 11, 12, and 13, as well as related bankruptcy litigation. Representation includes an analysis of the debtor’s financial situation; rendering advice to the debtor in determining whether to file a petition in bankruptcy; preparing and filing of any petition, schedules, and plan which may be required; representing the debtor at the meeting of creditors and confirmation hearing; and representing the debtor in adversary proceedings and other contested matters.

– Zoning & Land Use Planning

Representing clients in all facets of the residential and commercial development process including negotiating and preparing agreements of sale; reviewing and analyzing all municipal regulations; financing; preparing deeds, easements, use restrictions, and rights of way; and prosecuting applications before municipal planning commissions and zoning hearing boards.
