White and Williams is pleased to welcome Richard Campbell as a Partner in our Boston office. Rich represents national and international corporations in high-stakes complex litigation with a focus on class action, product liability and toxic tort matters.
“We are excited that Rich is joining us in our growing Boston office. His diverse experience will be an asset to our strong group of litigators and trial lawyers,” said David Chaffin, Managing Partner in Boston.
Seasoned in all phases of litigation, Rich serves as counsel and close adviser to corporate clients in the automotive, chemical, heavy equipment, and insurance industries. He has experience litigating disputes involving a wide range of products, including construction equipment, friction products, heavy truck engines, industrial machinery and power generators, as well as toxic tort cases involving asbestos, PCBs and other industrial chemicals.
Most recently, Rich was a shareholder at Campbell, Campbell, Edwards & Conroy P.C. Prior to that, he practiced corporate law at Wilmer, Cutler, Pickering, Hale and Dorr LLP, and worked in management consulting for companies including Accenture and Oracle.
“White and Williams shares my commitment to client service, and I look forward to being a member of their strong litigation and trial team,” Rich said.
“It is an exciting time for the firm as our presence in Boston continues to expand,” said firm Managing Partner, Patti Santelle. “Rich’s experience handling complex product liability and toxic tort matters makes him a valuable addition to our litigation practice.”
