Personal Injury Law Firm
Andreozzi & Associates, P.C., is a respected civil litigation firm known throughout the United States for our successful advocacy of victims of sexual abuse and violent crimes. We have helped hundreds of victims obtain justice, including settlements for eight of Jerry Sandusky’s victims in the Penn State University case.
We are not a volume-driven law firm like many personal injury practices that assign most cases to paralegals. Rather, we handle a select few cases that are thoroughly screened and supervised by proven trial lawyers. The firm’s success allows us to spare no expense in representing our clients and, when needed, we have access to the best experts and cutting-edge trial technology.
Mission Statement
Andreozzi & Associates is dedicated to holding perpetrators and institutions accountable for their wrongful acts to assist victim clients toward healing and closure. We take a comprehensive approach in seeking civil justice:
First, our firm seeks to hold institutions and perpetrators accountable by forcing them to acknowledge their wrongful actions.
Second, we pressure institutions to change their policies and procedures to ensure that wrongful actions do not repeat themselves.
Finally, our legal team strives for maximum compensation so clients have the resources necessary to get their lives back on track.
