Attorney Ingo Klaus Wamser is a lawyer’s office located at the site in Passau. The range of clients covered is from individuals with classic criminal defense, shipowners and port operators to listed insurance companies with preventive consultations on questions of maritime law, maritime security law and the prosecution and defense of criminal offenses under German and foreign criminal law.
One focus of the activity is on procedures with the participation of private and official security forces in Germany and abroad.

In the field of international law of shipping, Mr. Wamser is a frequent expert on a delegation at the International Maritime Organization. He is one of three members of the legal committee of the International Association of Maritime Security Professionals.
