We are multi-legal and multilingual; our lawyers are of many different nationalities and speak the languages of our clients. We are admitted to work across Europe and the United States, and collaborate with lawyers throughout the Firm.
We advise clients across several areas of law, including corporate transactions, merger control notification, state aid, public procurement, cartel investigations, technology licensing, and pricing and distribution arrangements. Our dispute resolution team represents clients in EU and Member State litigation, arbitration and mediation, risk arbitrage, sector inquiries and agency complaints.
