The JGS ® Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH was founded in 1996 by Jörg G. Schumacher and is a member of the JURITAX ® – JURIWORLD ® International Professional Association. In 2007, JURIMEDIATE ® GmbH was founded. In addition to mediation, in Berlin and Potsdam, we include legal advice and litigation, including court enforcement, tax advice, protection of intellectual and industrial property, as well as debt collection.
We support and support our clients in the management of land, real estate and assets as well as in the design and planning of the succession of assets and also support them by means of multidisciplinary cooperation with other freelancers and entrepreneurs.
This applies not only to Berlin, Potsdam and Schönefeld as a capital region, but also to Germany and the entire German-speaking region, Switzerland, Austria and Italy (South Tyrol), but only by the so-called temporary service and, JURITAX ® colleagues.
