Attorney Zeliff won a DUI and a burglary trial. Of our six DUI trial wins, the prosecutor admitted breath tests that were over the legal limit in three of the cases (half of them). Facts on all the 2012 cases were difficult because they including breath tests above the legal limit and clients who failed the field sobriety tests. Expect Results

Whenever anyone is charged with a criminal offense, it is vital to obtain legal representation as soon as possible. Developing your defense takes careful investigation of evidence brought against you in order to identify your most viable defense opportunities, either in presenting your case in court or in negotiations with the prosecutor. In a DUI case, you have only 10 days to request an appeal of your driver’s license suspension, so legal preparations must be made if you hope to avoid losing your driving privileges. This hearing allows us to review evidence law enforcement may have, including breath & blood tests, BAC results, less safe charges, and whether a sobriety checkpoint was conducted correctly and within the restrictions of state law.

For all other criminal offenses, evaluating the facts of the case allows us to determine best legal strategy to defend you. You may be best served by a plea bargain depending on the circumstances, or we may be able to obtain a dismissal if the evidence against you is weak or obtained illegally. When needed, we can aggressively prepare your case for trial and seek an acquittal of all charges. Avoiding a conviction is essential to your future, as not only will you possibly serve jail or prison time, you will have harsh fines to pay, possible mandatory community service or counseling and will face a criminal record that can seriously impact your life. Taking decisive action to fight the charges is vital , and can be trusted to pursue every possible advantage for you, and we act immediately on your behalf.

We are proud to serve the residents of Alpharetta, Alpharetta DUI, Cumming, Dahlonega, Dawsonville, Doraville DUI, Dunwoody, Forsyth County, Fulton County, Gwinnett County, Johns Creek, Johns Creek DUI, Marietta, Milton, Roswell, Roswell DUI, Sandy Springs, Sandy Springs DUI and Suwanee DUI
