In the current economy, many people are facing overwhelming debt. Because of circumstances beyond their control, people who have been financially stable their whole lives are now searching for debt relief.
Job loss, medical bills, divorce. At best, these unexpected events can leave people feeling cash strapped for a few weeks. At worst, they leave people unable to make car payments, behind on their credit card bills and facing foreclosure. Many people don’t know what to do, and they are afraid they won’t be able to find the financial help they need.
If that is the situation you are facing, I want you to know that I am here to help you gain a fresh financial start. I’m attorney Marcus A. Rosin, P.C., and I have experience helping individuals find the debt relief they need.
File for Bankruptcy in Alpharetta, Georgia
If you are thinking about filing for bankruptcy, it is important to work with an experienced Cumming bankruptcy attorney. When people contact my firm to discuss their finances, I take the time to understand the big picture while paying attention to the small details. For some people, filing for bankruptcy immediately is the best option. Other people benefit from waiting a few months to file. Sometimes bankruptcy isn’t the best solution at all.
Regardless of which camp you fall in, when you contact me, I can help you find the most effective path to debt relief. I am always honest with my clients, and I never try to talk people into bankruptcy if it isn’t right for their situation.
My bankruptcy practice includes issues such as:
Chapter 7 bankruptcy
Chapter 13 bankruptcy
Eliminating credit card debt
Stopping foreclosure
Wage garnishments
Car repossession

Greater Atlanta Real Estate Attorney
We handle all matters related to the sale or purchase of residential or commercial real estate, including refinancings, from the negotiation of terms to the closing. Once you have come to agreement on the specifics of a real estate transaction, we will conduct all the due diligence to protect your interest, including title examinations and title insurance. We will review and prepare all documents necessary to finalize the deal, including buy-sell agreements, deeds, mortgages, notes and other financing instruments, easements and restrictive covenants. We will also look at the proposed closing statement and attend the closing on your behalf, so that we can address any contingencies that may arise.
Our goal with all real estate matters is to ensure that the transaction goes as smoothly and efficiently as possible. We know that real estate matters have become more challenging in the last couple years because of the challenges in the housing and lending markets. We have handled closings since 1997 and know the twists and turns that can happen and how to eliminate problems.
