overview:
Our firm was founded by former U.S. Marine Corps infantry officer and JAG attorney Haytham Faraj. Mr. Faraj has gained a national reputation as an aggressive, unyielding, seasoned trial attorney with an unparalleled record of jury and bench trial victories.
He has tried to verdict dozens of trials and has won outright acquittals or obtained better results than any offer of plea or settlement in all of them.
He is a proud graduate and staff member of the Trial Lawyers College which was founded by legendary trial attorney Gerry Spence
He received the Pro Bono Attorney of the Year Award for 2014.
Mr. Faraj commenced his legal career in the United States Marine Corps defending service members accused of violations of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ). He represented, and continues to represent, men and women in the armed services accused of various crimes and orders violations. He now represents clients who have suffered personal injury in Chicago and Detroit. He also partners with other lawyers to represent clients who have suffered personal injury or in wrongful death actions throughout the United States.
CRIMINAL DEFENSE
There are many criminal defense and plaintiff’s law firms but very few that take the time to really get to know the client and fewer still who are capable of representing their clients all the way through trial. Too often we get calls from clients who were forced to plead guilty to something they did not do or to accept a settlement because the lawyer lacked the skills or experience to take a case to trial. Our Chicago defense firm is different. We take our time to get to know our clients.
We have built a solid reputation based on trust, integrity, exceptional representation and an unshakeable commitment to our clients. Whether you have been accused of a federal crime, military crime or state crime, we can help you in defending yourself, preserving your liberty, and protecting your career and future.
