Overview:
In June of 2005 Todd Oxner and Chip Permar came together to form Oxner + Permar. Todd had been working as a Workers’ Compensation attorney since 1994. After graduating from law school, Chip worked with Todd at his plaintiff’s workers’ compensation firm in Greensboro before joining up in 2005.
After opening the flagship office in Greensboro, the firm quickly expanded to service North Carolina as a whole. In 2007, they opened their second office in Burlington and expanded to Asheboro and Winston-Salem the next year. Over the next four years, Todd and Chip opened nine more offices across North Carolina.
