MBLS was founded on the basis of the legal company “Marine Business and Legal Services”. Since 1996, this company has provided exclusive specialized services in the field of transportation and international trade in Ukraine and around the world, including thanks to established partnerships with specialized foreign law firms.
The founders of the firm were experienced professionals who knew the industry well from their work in government bodies and companies. One of our first clients, in particular, was the Azov Shipping Company, which operated 85 sea vessels of all types.
In the process of development, our company has successfully mastered and is actively implementing new practices. Now the main areas of our activity are transport / maritime law, international courts and arbitration, litigation in Ukraine, commercial (trade) law / customs, business and investment services, immigration law, family and inheritance cases.
Through an association with one of the leading British law firms, Lawrence Graham, with 300 years of history and offices around the world, our company has established international standards for the provision of legal services.
Today MBLS offices operate in Mariupol and Kiev. Our clients are shipping and other companies not only from Ukraine, but also from the USA, Great Britain, Greece, Korea, Liberia, Switzerland and other countries. We successfully defend the interests of our clients around the world.
