Law firm was established by Antonio Marinovic in 1987, and its initial activity was the defense of the Intellectual and Industrial Property through the implementation of domestic Anti-Piracy Campaigns for different industries (Theatrical, Software, Videogames, Music and Merchandising). As a consequence of their clients’ needs, both Chilean and foreign, it currently offers a wide variety of legal counseling services, achieving domestic and international recognition for the excellency and high quality of its services.
The Firm’s main focus is the Intellectual and Industrial Property field, specifically, the protection of trademarks and copyrights for the most important industries in the world through the implementation of efficient, long term domestic anti-piracy campaigns.
