The firm was founded in 1995 by Mazyar M. Hedayat after he graduated from DePaul University College of Law. Before that Mr. Hedayat earned his MBA from the Ross School of Businessat the University of Michigan.
Mr. Hedayat is a licensed title agent and previously held business broker and securities licenses. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, American Bar Association, and Will County Bar Association. Mr. Hedayat was Chair of the Bankruptcy, Publication,Business and Practice Management committees of the DuPage County Bar Association where he edited the Bar Brief and earned a Board of Directors Award.
