We understand the impact this injury is having on you and your family. We will do everything in our power to help get the compensation you need to make it through this difficult time.

We Know What You Are Going Through …

At the Law Offices of Dennis Kenny, P.C., we know first-hand the hardships facing the injured and disabled. Years ago, after our founding attorney Dennis Kenny’s aunt was run over on a sidewalk, she applied for Social Security disability benefits.

Despite the severity of her injuries and her work as a nun and Catholic school teacher, approval of her claim was denied for over two years — by which time she had passed away. She was never allowed to enjoy the monetary relief that she needed and deserved. Mr. Kenny has never forgotten that the financial hardships she endured between the time of her accident and her death were unfair and unnecessary.
… And We Can Help

Following that family tragedy, Dennis Kenny has devoted his entire career to empowering disabled workers through a variety of endeavors.

He served as manager of a community residence for mentally disabled people.
He provided legal services to poor citizens in rural Appalachia through the disability department that he founded and managed at Keystone Legal Services.
He represented disabled autoworkers through the United Auto Workers Legal Services.

In 1994, Mr. Kenny established our law firm with the goal of helping injured people learn about and obtain the disability and workers’ compensation benefits that they are entitled to. In some cases, a personal injury claim could bring even further financial relief. We work as co-counsel with some of the best personal injury firms in New York state in these cases.

Our law firm has grown to five lawyers. We are proud to help thousands of people every year receive badly needed benefits, restoring their dignity and financial independence.
