Kochhar & Co is one of the leading and largest corporate law Firms in India. Delhi Office: The City of Delhi is the seat of the Government and the capital of the Republic of India. All Central Government Ministries including the Foreign Investment Promotion Board are located in New Delhi. The first presence established by Kochhar & Co. was in New Delhi and the Delhi Office is also the largest of the six full service offices of the Firm. During the last decade, the Delhi presence of Kochhar & Co. has grown rapidly to become one of the largest corporate law Firms in India’s capital.
The Delhi Office represents numerous Fortune 500 corporations and provides full service support on diverse areas including but not limited to regulatory approvals, general commercial work, information technology, foreign investments, joint ventures and technical collaborations, labor and employment law, infrastructure projects, mergers and acquisitions, oil and gas and taxation.

Gurgaon Office: Gurgaon or the Millennium City, as it is often referred to, is located in the National Capital Region. It has rapidly developed into a new major business district on the outskirts of Delhi. During the last few years, Gurgaon has attracted sizeable investment from several multinational corporations, large Indian business houses as well as Non-Resident Indians. The Gurgaon office of the Firm provides comprehensive legal support in diverse areas of corporate and commercial laws to its clients, many of whom are leading players in the real estate and IT Sectors. Mumbai (Bombay) Office: The city of Mumbai (Bombay) is the commercial capital of India and is also the banking and capital markets hub of the country. The Mumbai office of the Firm has witnessed tremendous growth since its inception in early 2001 and is regarded as one of the fastest growing law Firms in the city. Hyderabad Office: Hyderabad, capital city of Andhra Pradesh is fast becoming one of the most preferred destinations for both domestic and foreign investment. This is attributable to the presence of strong infrastructure, good connectivity (by air, road, rail and sea), availability of a large well educated workforce and a peaceful industrial and labor climate, coupled with relatively lower costs. Atlanta, Georgia, USA: The Atlanta office provides local support in the US by serving as an effective communication channel between US clients and the various Kochhar offices in India. Typically, one or two attorneys from the Indian offices of the Firm are stationed in the Atlanta office to support the requirements of our US clients on a wide range of Indian corporate and commercial laws. The Atlanta office also provides full service legal support to US and Canadian companies in setting up business operations in India. The legal services include all aspects of setting up a business presence, company incorporation, regulatory approvals, obtaining required registrations, real estate support, etc. The office also assists Indian companies that wish to establish a presence in the US and Canada.

Singapore Office: Being ranked the most competitive economy of Asia in 2007 and home to some 7000 multinational companies which have made Singapore their regional hub in Asia, it was a natural choice for Kochhar & Co. to open its office in this pulsating city. For many multinational companies using Singapore as their launch pad to the dynamic markets of India, Kochhar & Co. provides Indian legal advice in Singapore itself. Further, the office provides Indian law advice to Singapore companies which intend to invest or start business in India. The office was also established with an aim to provide an effective communication channel between its clients in Singapore and the various Kochhar offices in India. The office also assists Indian companies that wish to establish a presence in Singapore and neighboring countries and / or raise capital from the Singapore Stock Exchange.
