FIRM OVERVIEW: ILLINOIS WORKERS COMPENSATION LAWYER
Personal Injury Attorney in Alton, Illinois

Have you been injured in a personal injury or workplace accident? I am attorney Joseph E. Hoefert and I can help you seek compensation for the financial and medical hardships you are facing.
An Experienced Courtroom Advocate

If you have been injured in a personal injury or workers’ compensation accident, you will likely have to deal with an insurance company at some point. These companies are not representing your best interests, and most likely, will do everything in their power to minimize or outright deny the compensation to which you are entitled.

I have dealt with insurance companies thousands of times, and know how to counter the tactics they use against personal injury and workers’ compensation accident victims. On average, I take two cases to trial per month. This tells insurance companies that I am always prepared to stand up for my clients’ rights in court to pursue the maximum dollar amount for their personal injury cases.
Client Service Makes a Difference

In my 25 years of legal experience, I have learned this: All of the legal knowledge and experience in the world means very little if you don’t provide exceptional client service. I work very hard to let my clients know they are important to me, and that I am giving them 110% all of the time. I give personal service to every client. When you have a question about your case, you will be able to ask me, your lawyer, and not a paralegal, secretary or other subordinate. I return all phone calls by the end of the day — every day.
