Mr. Keil is a graduate of Rollins College (B.A. 1969) and Washington College of Law (J.D. 1972). He is licensed to practice in Florida, the District of Columbia and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida U.S. Bankruptcy Court as well as the U.S. Supreme Court.
