Frank G. Podesta is a business, litigation and tax attorney in Roswell and Alpharetta, Georgia. A former Government attorney, Mr. Podesta uses his experience defending Governments to turn the tables in the courtroom.
Frank Podesta effectively utilizes his Accounting and Finance background and experience to handle complex tax litigation cases, business litigation suits and fraud actions. Mr. Podesta has successfully resolved hundreds of tax controversy and tax audit matters before the Internal Revenue Service, and the Georgia Department of Revenue, often eliminating or reducing tax debt to a fraction of the assessed amount.
Mr. Podesta has handled scores of matters in United States District Courts, the United States Tax Court, and state trial and appellate courts, where his unique blend of litigation and tax experience has proven to be invaluable
