FordHarrison is managed by managing partner Al McKenna. The firm is governed by an Executive Committee that consists of Executive Committee Chairman C. Lash Harrison and six diverse firm partners who are charged with overseeing every aspect of the firm’s operation and development. The Executive Committee meets at least twice per month. In addition, we have regional managing partners who oversee regions and serve as liaisons to our individual offices. Finally, an office managing partner manages the day-to-day activities of each office. The office managing partners and members of the Executive Committee together form the firm’s Management Group, which meets quarterly.
