No one likes to think about end of life issues. However, each of us can help the loved ones we leave behind after we die. One very important way we can help our survivors is by having our end of life affairs in order. That includes easy to understand instructions, disclosures, and information that help our Personal Representatives or Trustees wind up our earthly affairs easily, without confusion and in such a way as to avoid family conflicts. We will explain the advantages of your having a Trust either with or without a Will, and answer your questions to minimize the costs of probate administration. While you still live, we can help prepare durable Powers of Attorney for Financial affairs and medical issues so that decision making is a collaborative effort between you and those who will represent you.

Guardianship and/or Conservatorships –

Are you responsible for someone who needs long term care? Social Security Disability
It’s been reported that up to 80% of applications for Social Security Disability benefits are denied. When an application for Social Security Disability benefits is denied, the applicant is allowed to appeal the decision. We help people win their appeals. We don’t get paid for our work in helping a claimant win their appeal unless we are successful in overturning the initial denial. Yes, that’s right. You don’t pay us for anything except our out-of-pocket expenses for medical records, test results or other incidental costs associated with your appeal unless we are successful in overturning the decision to deny your benefits. We are willing to take that risk because we understand the 5 step sequential evaluation process the Social Security Administration (SSA) uses as they evaluate a claim. If you are truly disabled and unable to work at a job, and have a proven medical condition that prevents you from working, you should call us for a free evaluation. If we and you agree that you deserve Social Security Disability income, we will pursue your appeal for you, and represent you at an appeals hearing before an Administrative Law Judge.
