Calloway, Norris, Burdette & Weber, PLLC was founded in 1926 by Charles D. Turner and J. Woodall Rodgers, both of whom served as President of the Dallas Bar Association. Mr. Rodgers, for whom the Woodall Rogers Freeway in Dallas was named, also served as the Mayor of Dallas.
