Bowling Law Office, L.L.C. is a leader in Family Relations Law and Criminal Defense, serving clients throughout the Miami Valley and surrounding counties.

Currently, Dana focuses her practice in the areas of family mediation, family law, equine law and property subrogation.
Before founding the Law Office of Dana R. Bowling, LLC, Dana litigated subrogation cases for the Berlin, New Jersey office of the Law Offices of Robert A. Stutman, P.C. for over six years. In conjunction with her membership in the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP), Dana has co-authored multiple articles for NASP’s Subrogator magazine and has given presentations at various NASP events. Dana also serves as a Co-Chair to the New Jersey chapter of NASP.
Prior to beginning her career in litigation, Dana served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Nan S. Famular, J.S.C. in the Family Division of the New Jersey Superior Court in Camden, New Jersey. During that clerkship, Dana gained valuable insight and experience regarding the handling of family law matters in New Jersey. Through her membership in the Thomas S. Forkin Family Law American Inn of Court, located in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, Dana has continued to expand her knowledge base on issues related to family law cases.
While attending law school at the William & Mary School of Law, where she served as Executive Editor of the William and Mary Bill of Rights Journal and Co-Chair of the Student Bar Association Admissions Committee. Dana also completed an internship with Transitions Family Violence Services, during which she provided advocacy and other assistance to victims of domestic violence, in addition to an Externship with the Criminal Litigation Section of the Attorney General of Virginia, which involved drafting briefs for submission to the Court of Appeals of Virginia and performing research for the Section’s advisory opinions to the Virginia General Assembly.
Dana obtained her undergraduate degree from Rutgers University in 2001, where she was a member of the Golden Key Honor Society, Douglass Scholars Honors Program and Mabel Smith Douglass Honors Thesis Program. Dana also participated in a study-abroad program at the University of Reading in England.
