Our locations in Bremen , Hanover , Vechta , Stade, Braunschweig and Frankfurt (Oder) specialize in insolvency administration, restructuring and restructuring.

In all our locations, we advise companies on matters of commercial, economic and corporate law.

Our law firm currently has two lawyers, three of which are members. Of which:

The firm was founded in 1976 by Dirk Oelbermann. In 1991, the location was Bremen, in 2005 the Hanover site, the Vechta site in 2007 and the Stade location in 2014. Since 01.01.2016 there is also a location in Braunschweig and a location in Frankfurt (Oder).

The focus of B + O Böhme Oelbermann, lawyer insolvency administrator has been in the processing of bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings for 30 years. Between 1990 and 2000, we worked as liquidators for the Treuhandanstalt / BVS. We attach the highest priority to the preservation of companies that are capable of being refurbished and their jobs connected with them. We organize structural adjustment measures and employment companies.
We advise on the establishment and management of continuation and retention companies as well as on acquisitions.
We take over the legal advice and representation of insolvency-threatened companies and the out-of-court supervision in the dissolution and processing of companies as well as the counseling of insolvent victims.

All lawyers deepen their knowledge by regularly attending training courses. This is to ensure quality assurance. Our experience gained during changes in operations and transfers are part of the legal support of our clients.Teamwork is cross-spanning. We look after international issues in English and Italian.
