The firm was founded in 1976 by Dirk Oelbermann. In 1991, the location was Bremen, in 2005 the Hanover site, the Vechta location in 2007 and the Stade location in 2014. Since 01.01.2016 there is also a location in Braunschweig and a location in Frankfurt (Oder).
