Jose Gaytan and associates is no more than a criminal entity. After doing business with Jose and Sandra for 15 years we finally discovered what their modus operandi is. Well known amongst local professionals as people to avoid they draw foreigners in with niceties and use of English. However they use lies, blackmail, change of contracts, intimidation and violence to stifle victims. They have several lawsuits of criminal and civil against them. Their main targets tend to be elderly foreigners or locals who are to afraid to file suit or are just too destroyed to follow through. We were personally privy to the violence, blackmail and corruption and know several who have been assaulted or swindled.
