Louis P. Lombardi II is a personal injury trial lawyer practicing since 1981. He has litigated a wide range of cases, including work-related injuries and deaths, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice and wrongful death.
For the first 10 years of his practice, Mr. Lombardi primarily represented the interests of insurance companies, self-insured entities and large corporate clients. Since 1991, he has represented only plaintiffs, concentrating on workers’ compensation and personal injury cases. His prior experience defending against insurance claims helps him develop effective strategies in his current role of protecting the rights of individuals and maximizing their claims. Most recently, in May 2010, Mr. Lombardi presented a seminar at the Montgomery Bar Association on settlement of workers’ compensation cases and Medicare issues. Mr. Lombardi is planning a fall seminar that will be open to public.
