Kim Richman
Mr. Richman is an accomplished trial attorney in both state and federal court, and has litigated dozens of trials to successful verdicts and settlements. Mr. Richman is dedicated to using the class action tool in a creative manner, bringing about meaningful change for consumers across the nation. His cases range from public health and environmental issues to protecting homeowner rights and individual civil liberties.
Javier Osvaldo Hidalgo
Javier Osvaldo Hidalgo focuses his practice on consumer protection, civil rights and complex litigation. Prior to joining the Richman Law Group, Mr. Hidalgo was an associate at a boutique class action law firm in New York. Mr. Hidalgo graduated New York Law School in 2012 and has a B.A. in Sociology and Anthropology from Swarthmore College. Mr. Hidalgo is admitted to the State Bar of New York and is a member of the bars of the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Before joining the Richman Law Group, Ms. Wicklund spent a decade with one of the nation’s leading law firms practicing class action defense and mass toxic tort litigation. Ms. Wicklund is a 1998 graduate of The Yale Law School, where she was managing editor of The Yale Law Journal.

Adam D. Lynn
Mr. Lynn is Of Counsel with the Richman Law Group, where he works on consumer class actions and civil rights litigation. He is admitted to the State Bar of New York. Mr. Lynn received his juris doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2014, where he was an active member of the Moot Court Honor Society. He also holds a master’s degree in urban planning from New York University.

Stacey Cagan
Ms. Cagan graduated from Syracuse University with a B.S. in Fashion Design and Marketing. After almost 18 years in the fashion industry, Ms. Cagan discovered her passion for finding the best and healthiest products for herself and her family. She joined the Richman Law Group with the hope of helping others who share her passion, and now acts as the communications liaison for the firm, establishing a relationship of trust between the firm and its clients that is integral to a successful practice.
Leslie Zellers
Ms. Zellers is Of Counsel with the Richman Law Group. She has more than 20 years of experience in public health, including helping dozens of communities adopt laws to reduce exposure to secondhand smoke or limit how tobacco products are sold or marketed. Ms. Zellers is a graduate of U.C. Berkeley and received her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of Law. She is admitted to the State Bar of California.
