A 1974 graduate of Georgia State University, Melvin earned his law degree from the University of Florida in 1976. He is a former prosecutor and judge with more than 25 years of experience. Melvin was also honorably discharged from the United States Airforce.

A native Georgian, former AMA Pro Racing motorcycle roadracer and licensed pilot, Mr. Nash began his legal career upon graduating from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. While in school, he worked in the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office. Mr. Nash is a member of the Cobb County Bar Association and focuses his skills on DUI, Criminal, and Traffic law.
