Overview:
At Einbinder & Dunn, our lawyers have been counseling businesses of all sizes as well as individuals for more than 20 years. Michael Einbinder and Terrence Dunn first became partners in 1990. In 2006, Julie Lusthaus was named as the firm’s third partner. Today, as always, all of the firm’s partners strive to provide their services at affordable rates, catering to mid-size and larger companies as well as small businesses and entrepreneurs. All of the firm’s lawyers and staff are committed to superior service and results.
Einbinder & Dunn is located in midtown Manhattan in a landmark building overlooking Bryant Park and maintains an of counsel office in Millburn, New Jersey. The firm concentrates its practice in the areas of franchise law, business law, commercial litigation and real estate law with clients ranging from the largest in their industries to start-up entrepreneurs in many sectors of the economy. The firm also works with clients in drafting wills and business succession plans, establishing trusts and devising asset protection plans.
Ultimately, the firm’s extensive experience with these often interrelated practice areas, and in working for clients with diverse interests, results in attorneys who see, plan and take the next steps based upon a broader understanding of each individual client’s needs.
