Finding & Verifying a Lawyer

- Regulators of the Australian Legal Profession (by state/territory) Australia has no single national verification tool for every state - this official government directory links to the real regulator for Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania, the ACT, and the Northern Territory too.
- Law Council of Australia The profession's national peak body, representing the state and territory law societies and bar associations - a good starting point, though it isn't itself a regulator.
