Prior to founding his own law firm, he worked between the years 2003 – 2005 in the Gottweis & Partner law firm in Brno. From 2006 to 2007 he worked in the legal department of a major real estate company. From 2007 to 2009 he worked in the law office of Mgr. Milos Prochazka in Brno.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Masaryk University in Brno. He is a member of Czech Bar Association with evidence number 12964. He speaks Czech, English and German languages.
His specialization is in providing legal services in business and corporate law (advising in particular on matters related to top management of business companies, mergers, acquisitions, incorporation, transformation and sales of companies).
