Attorney Jared Tomassi is a licensed and insured Attorney, Real Estate Broker, Insurance Adjuster, and Private Investigator with over 15 years of experience investigating, negotiating and adjusting insurance claims, buying and selling real estate, working with families in planning their estate and helping small businesses form, operate and transact throughout R.I.
Attorney Tomassi owned and operated Forensic Business Solutions, Inc. since 1999. He worked with numerous insurance companies throughout the country in investigating, negotiating and settling insurance claims. Attorney Tomassi takes this unique experience and knowledge and puts it to work for Plaintiff’s in his personal injury practice. He knows how insurance companies investigate and evaluate claims and how to get claims settled for the most amount of money.
As a Real Estate Broker and Attorney, Attorney Tomassi has worked with Buyers and Sellers throughout the state of Rhode Island and has extensive experience in Rhode Island Real Estate transactions. With this knowledge and experience, Attorney Tomassi helps his clients have a smooth, successful and enjoyable real estate closing experience. Attorney Tomassi provides his clients, whether it is the buyer or seller, the knowledge and know-how needed in a real estate transaction to help his clients feel comfortable with the process and in control of the process.
