For over fifteen years, The Semrau Law Firm has defended the rights of individuals charged with criminal offenses with skill, persistence and creativity. The mission of our practice is to provide total, professional service to people charged with criminal offenses, making the “best defense” the goal of every case. An aggressive, thorough and creative approach is brought to every case.
We believe that we can only be free if all people are free. We keep our promises, and we gladly accept a lawyer’s ethical duty to represent our clients “zealously within the bounds of the law”. We are a small criminal defense firm with just two lawyers, Scott Semrau and Michael Burns, an office manager, Tomeca Kellogg, and a legal assistant, Melissa Brown.
