The Firm concentrates its practice in Employment and Access law with locations in Lakeland, Orlando, and Tampa, Florida.Marcus L. Snow, Jr., the firm’s founder and principal, believed that there was a gaping need for a firm that concentrated its practice in the area of compliance with the public access provisions of Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Mr. Snow has practiced throughout Florida for over 7 years and feels that Central and North Florida have particularly been neglected in the public access area. The obligation of businesses and other entities to make their facilities and other public accommodations equally accessible to both disabled and non-disabled individuals is often unaddressed.
In addition to Public Access Law, the firm also concentrates its practice in the area of Employment law and related litigation. These practice areas include unlawful discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Wage and Hour, Non-Competition agreements, and related employment disputes.
