Overview:
Since its establishment in San Francisco in 1983, The Law Office of Dan Duncan has maintained a civil litigation, workers’ compensation and arbitration practice handling subrogation, liability defense and plaintiff representation – with particular emphasis on issues pertaining to personal injury, workers’ compensation subrogation claims, motor vehicle litigation and construction accidents. Since 1992, primary emphasis has been on litigation and negotiation of reimbursement claims seeking recovery of workers’ compensation benefits from third party defendants.
