Brian M. Radke is a lifelong resident of Northern Illinois,
having grown up and attended high school in Lake County.
Brian attended Northern Illinois University and graduated
with a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in History.
After receiving his Bachelor’s Degree from Northern Illinois
University, Brian worked in the mortgage industry until he
decided to attend law school. While earning his Juris
Doctor (JD) degree from The John Marshall Law School in
Chicago, IL, Brian worked under the supervision of
highly qualified legal professionals.
After completing his first year of law school, Brian accepted
a legal internship to serve as a law clerk for a Circuit Court
Judge in the criminal felony division of the 11th Judicial
Circuit in Miami, Florida. Here Brian observed criminal
felony court proceedings and researched numerous
issues in criminal law. Brian also drafted numerous briefs,
memoranda and proposed orders.
