William Shelby’s background includes working in the construction industry for over 30 years. Mr. Shelby has worked primarily with General Contractors building a variety of projects throughout the Chicagoland and Northern Illinois area for most of that time. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree from Bradley University (Construction), Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree from Lewis University, and a Juris Doctor (JD) Degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Mr. Shelby also teaches Construction Law and Business Law, as an Adjunct Professor, for Westwood College in Chicago.
