Attorney Matthew Kolodziejski personally oversees all of our firm’s civil rights and criminal defense cases. Through his years of practice, Mr. Kolodziejski has obtained many successful results in both federal and state courts in Michigan. This experience has given him the ability to take a client’s case to trial whenever necessary to protect the client’s best interests. He has successfully represented numerous clients who have been victims of police brutality and misconduct.
Mr. Kolodziejski is passionate about civil rights law, and believes that even the police must be held accountable for their actions. He is also dedicated to criminal defense, and prides himself on serving as an advocate who can stand up for the accused and make sure their rights are protected. Mr. Kolodziejski has successfully defended clients charged with serious criminal offenses, including drug trafficking, robbery, rape, assault and murder.
