For more than a decade, attorney Eric J. Allen has devoted his legal career to helping men and women throughout Central Ohio minimize their consequences and find justice in their criminal defense cases, appeals and post-conviction matters.
Before establishing The Law Office of Eric J. Allen, Ltd., he received his Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University-Pettit College of Law in 2000. Eric J. Allen went on to practice criminal law and criminal defense matters at an Ohio firm before opening his own firm.
Currently Eric J. Allen serves on the Board of Directors for the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He has tried serious cases, including felonies with life sentences at stake, and has acted as co-counsel in death penalty cases.
Eric J. Allen is licensed to practice in federal district court, federal Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court, Eastern District of Michigan, Northern District of Illinois, and the Federal Court of Claims.
