Overview:
I am a civil litigation attorney with more than 20 years experience. I use that experience to force Foreclosure Plaintiffs to prove each and every element of the foreclosure complaint in order to level the playing field in negotiating an affordable loan modification.I graduated from the Ohio State College of Law in 1989, and was admitted to the Ohio bar in November of 1989. I joined the Eleventh District Court of Appeals as a staff attorney for Judge Robert A. Nader.
I have been associated with three firms, each practicing in Trumbull and Mahoning Counties: (1)Richards and Meola, which was primarily an insurance defense and civil litigation firm, (2) Letson, Griffith, Woodall, LaVelle & Rosenberg Co., LPA, whose practice ranged throughout the civil spectrum, from Probate, Tax, and Worker’s Compensation to Business Transactions and General Civil Litigation, and (3) Osborne, DeLaurentis, Sontich and Rafidi, who practiced in Corporate Law, Real Estate Transactions, Insurance Defense, and Personal Injury. While an associate I was involved in several complex litigation matters serving as a representative on the third party installation defense group involved in the Northeast Ohio Asbestos Litigation, and representing several defendants in the Laskin Oil Superfund clean-up litigation. In 2004, I went out on my own as a solo practitioner. I have continued to focus primarily in civil litigation. I also represent several corporations, and have assisted in the start upof a number of small corporations and limited liability companies.
