Who We Are
Berry Law Group is a Phoenix trial and litigation law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services at a reasonable cost to our clients. Christopher Berry is an experienced litigation attorney from a large law firm background who has practiced in Arizona and Texas for over twenty years. With exceptionally qualified associate lawyers, he and the Berry Law Group handle a wide range of commercial lawsuits and disputes, as well as municipal and injury defense matters.
What We Do
We manage each matter based on realistic budgets and objective cost benefit assessments for the strategies we pursue. We approach each case as though it will be resolved by a judge or jury rather than by compromise. We give jurors the credit they deserve for being intelligent and thoughtful, and for wanting to reach a fair result. We recognize that today’s jurors have been socialized in an age of electronic media and information, so we utilize the latest technology to create effective and persuasive electronic trial presentations.
Our Approach
We enjoy the practice of law and trial work. Our enthusiasm for what we do is reflected in the quality of our work, and in the results we create. Our office is in Phoenix, but we represent clients in significant matters throughout Arizona and other parts of the Southwest. We regularly represent clients in disputed matters and litigation in Mohave, Pima, Pinal, and Yuma Counties. We have been lead counsel in lawsuits of all sizes, and also frequently serve as local counsel for out of state law firms with Arizona clients or litigation.
